Mikey Sutherland was taken from us on 8th September. He was a scaffolder & he lived in Calders with Donna.

If there really is heaven, then I know that's where you are.. But I wonder, can you see me are you watching from afar? And do you know its Christmas can you see the candlelight? Or the way pavements sparkle on a cold clear, frosty night? And at special times like this one does the love I send get through? And I wonder, do you miss us just as much as we miss you? Sadly no nice gifts for you just silent tears that fall.. For christmas time without you is the hardest time of all.. But the most important question that I can't stop asking is why?.. Why couldn't you stay longer you had to say goodbye.
Another christmas we are going to spend without you uncle michael. Keep shining bright at night.

Remember when we were staying at grans until our house got built, mum&dad would be downstair i was supposed to be sleeping but you would let me sneak to your room and let me play the nintendo with you!

I remember when....
Wheni would come to grannys to stay at the weekend, you would go out to rev! But you would let me watch your "big tv" and play your GTA3 on your playstation then would wake me up when you came home.
Those times we would fight over the "baby cover" to watch the cartoons with in the morning.
The time where you said you would play monopoly with me i set the whole board up and you said ONLY KIDDING im not playing, hahaha!
When you would race me to eat a bowl of cornflakes, you had the bigger bowl but always won.
Make us roasted cheese on toast at bedtime!
Mum&dad were on holiday i was staying at grannys for the weekend, you let me stay up late and watch "LEGALLY BLONDE" on the sunday night wiuth you when i had school in the morning.
Do anything to have you back so we could more memories! Miss you always uncle michael. Never far away, always in my thoughts.

miss you forever and a day uncle michael. it never gets easier and we never miss you any less. if anything we miss you more and more. i know you will be looking down on us all, hopefully looking after the ones who need looking after.
